To drive sales and provide excellent customer service in a retail shop specializing in ICT products (computers, accessories, software) and stationery supplies. CustomerRelationship Management (CRM)

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.

Promote and sell ICT equipment, accessories, and stationery items.

Maintain product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.

Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.

Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and inventory is well managed.

Prepare sales reports and update records daily.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and product launches.


Qualifications and Experience
Marketing degree/Diploma or any relavant qualification Advertising& Marketing
