Jugaad builds the payment infrastructure and business tools that keep money moving — payment switching and gateway services, bulk airtime, invoicing and messaging solutions used by merchants, resellers and financial institutions across Zimbabwe.
We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our customer base and put our brand in front of the businesses that need us. You'll own the full cycle — from generating interest to closing deals and keeping clients — across our product range.
What you'll do

Identify and win new business: merchants, resellers, and institutional partners
Manage the sales pipeline end to end, from first contact to signed contract
Grow existing accounts by introducing them to more of our product suite
Plan and run marketing campaigns — digital, social, and on-the-ground — that generate qualified leads
Create clear, compelling content and collateral that explains our solutions in plain terms
Represent Jugaad at meetings, demos, and industry events
Report on pipeline, conversions, and campaign performance

What we're looking for

2+ years in B2B sales and/or marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, telecoms, or software
A track record of hitting targets and closing deals
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical products to non-technical buyers
Comfort with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own pipeline
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
