Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients
Represent the company professionally across various platforms and audiences
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Support brand positioning and messaging aligned with our mission

What We're Looking For:
A legal qualification or background is preferred (advantageous, not essential)
Strong, confident communicator able to engage effectively with people at all levels — from grassroots communities to senior decision-makers
Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
Genuine interest in improving the lives of children and young people
