Position

Local Sales Representative

Location: Harare, Zimbabwe

Number of Positions: Multiple

Employment Type: Full-time



Responsibilities

* Visit customers daily within your assigned area.
* Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
* Promote the Company's glass, aluminium and building materials products.
* Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries.
* Collect market information and competitor pricing.
* Update customer information in the Company database.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Report daily activities to the Sales Manager.



Requirements

* Minimum Ordinary Level Certificate.
* Previous sales experience is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Honest, responsible and willing to learn.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Able to use WhatsApp and basic smartphone applications.
* Knowledge of the building materials industry is an advantage.


Salary & Benefits

* Basic Salary: USD 295 (Before Tax)
* Sales Commission: 0.20%–0.40% from Monthly sales
