We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by providing technical expertise and high-quality solutions in bearings, seals, and power transmission components to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on product selection, including bearings, oil seals, and related hardware.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular site visits and excellent after-sales support.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic feedback to management.
Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare accurate technical quotes, perform basic metrology (e.g., using vernier calipers), and negotiate contracts to close deals.Required

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales Management, or Mechanical Engineering.Experience:
Minimum of 2–5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the bearings and seals industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding conversion charts; basic arithmetic for quoting.Driving:
A valid driver’s license is essential for travel to client locations.
Desired Skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
