A premium sanitary paper and hygiene products manufacturer in Harare is seeking results-driven Sales Representatives to aggressively expand retail footprint, secure wholesale orders, and drive volume growth. This position offers a competitive base salary supplemented by a tiered commission structure directly tied to cash collected and new accounts secured.

Responsibilities
• Identifying, pitching, and securing high-volume accounts with wholesale distributors, retail supermarket chains, and corporate clients.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales volume and distribution targets within assigned territories.
• Conducting field visits to retail and wholesale outlets to monitor product stock levels, secure shelf space, and ensure prominent product display.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with purchasing managers, buyers, and store owners.
• Gathering real-time market intelligence on competitor pricing, stock availability, and promotional activities.
• Tracking orders from placement to final delivery and ensuring timely collections to maintain healthy account cash flow.
• Providing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on sales pipelines, order volumes, and customer feedback.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
• A proactive, energetic, and highly results-oriented individual with a strong hunter mindset.
• Proven field sales experience within the FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sector (distinct advantage).
• A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting sales targets and opening new distribution channels (distinct advantage).
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Zimbabwean retail, wholesale, and informal market structures.
