We are a Chinese trading company based in Zimbabwe, specializing in the import, wholesale and distribution of quality products, including solar panels and gas cookers.

Due to our business expansion, we are looking for 4 motivated, hardworking and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help us expand our customer base across Zimbabwe.

???? Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell solar panels, gas cookers and related products.
Actively develop new customers and business opportunities.
Visit customers, retailers, dealers, contractors and other potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and face-to-face meetings.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales.
Follow up on orders, payments and deliveries.
Monitor market prices, competitors and customer demand.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer requirements.
✅ Requirements
Previous sales experience is preferred.
Experience in solar products, electrical products, gas appliances, hardware or wholesale/retail sales will be an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional when dealing with customers.
Proactive and willing to visit customers and develop the market.
Strong customer-development and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented, hardworking and responsible.
Good spoken and written English.
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media platforms is an advantage.
Existing customer or business contacts will be an added advantage.
