Site Administration Officer x 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Initial site visit to guide on site establishment.
2. Supervising Assistant Administration Officer and Chefs.
3. Procuring staff meals.
4. Ensuring that petty cash returns are submitted to the Finance department on
a daily basis.
5. Implementation of SHEQ procedures.
6. Timely and quality provision of breakfast, lunch and supper at the project site.
7. Provision of suitable accommodation at the project site.
8. Drafting letters, minutes, and reports.
9. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Administration Officer
from time to time.
Qualifications & Attributes:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Public
Administration, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
2. Good team player.
3. Focused.
4. Proficient in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. 1 to 2 years in a similar administrative role. Construction experience is an
added advantage.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Knowledge in SHEQ Legal Requirements and the Integrated Management
Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) an added
advantage.
