Location: Bulawayo Depot

Job Purpose Jobs
To drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and ensure brand visibility for Supreme Brands products within the Bulawayo territory.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and onboard new outlets.
3. Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
4. Ensure proper merchandising, shelf share, pricing, and POSM placement.
5. Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management.
6. Manage van stock, cash/credit collections, and daily reconciliations.
7. Submit daily sales reports, call reports, and activity reports.
8. Uphold company policies, credit terms, and brand standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 5 years FMCG sales experience in a similar role.
* Valid Class 4 driver’s license and experience driving a company vehicle will be an added advantage.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Computer literate: MS Excel and ERP systems.
Key Competencies
* Target-driven, self-motivated and energetic.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
* Good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of the Bulawayo market and trade routes is an advantage.
