The Administrative & Operations Officer at VerifyMota plays a central role in running the daily operations of Zimbabwe’s leading automotive intelligence platform. This position is responsible for managing vehicle listings, supporting customers, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth workflow across the marketplace. The role requires a highly organised individual with strong administrative experience, digital literacy, and the ability to contribute to basic marketing activities and IT‑related tasks.
The officer acts as the operational backbone of VerifyMota — ensuring listings are verified and professionally presented, customer inquiries are handled quickly and respectfully, platform data remains accurate, and internal processes run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving digital environment. A background in administration, marketing support, and IT systems will help the candidate excel and grow within the company. Africans& Diaspora

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and update vehicle listings
Validate listing accuracy (price, images, details)
Respond to customer inquiries (WhatsApp & email)
Support marketing activities (content ideas, trend spotting, community engagement)
Maintain digital records, logs, and reports
Assist with basic IT tasks and platform troubleshooting
Uphold VerifyMota’s values: trust, accuracy, professionalism, speed
Contact Prospective Clients as needed (Cold Calling)
Participate in Market Outreach efforts as requested by management


Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
1–3 years experience in admin, operations, customer service, or digital platforms
Strong computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, digital tools)
Good communication skills
Organised, detail‑oriented, fast responder
Basic marketing knowledge
IT literacy
