Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position which is based in Harare under Parksmed Investments division. The incumbent will be reporting to the Genaral Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing the wholesale pharmacy business strategy;
• Leading the growth and expansion of wholesale pharmaceutical sales
• Setting sales, revenue, stock turnover, and profitability targets;
• Identifying new markets and major institutional customers;
• Coordinating stock requirements and ensuring appropriate stock levels in line with market demand;
• Monitoring stock movement and implementing strategies to minimise slow-moving and expiring products;
• Developing competitive pricing and customer retention strategies;
• Coordinating supplier and customer relationship management;
• Monitoring business performance against approved budgets and targets;
• Ensuring that the wholesale business generates adequate cash flows to contribute towards loan repayments;
• Supervising and coordinating marketing and sales activities; and
• Providing regular business performance


Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical wholesale operations, procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain management.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical suppliers and importation processes.
• Knowledge of Zimbabwe pharmaceutical regulations Africans& Diaspora
