An opportunity has arisen with a leading Furniture Manufacturing Company for a dynamic and results-driven Sales representatives to join our team. This is a critical role where your sales expertise, customer-focused approach, and ability to identify opportunities will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our reputation for service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets through in-branch and field-based activities.
• Conduct market surveys, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Provide prompt customer service and product demonstrations.
• Manage merchandising and ensure displays meet brand standards.
• Handle financial transactions, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements (KYC, contracts, invoices).
• Participate in stock control, weekly/monthly stock takes, and resolve variances.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.


Qualifications and Experience
• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
• A clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and well presented.
