World Vision Zimbabwe invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the
construction and supply of seven (7) climate-resilient broiler fowl runs at Tongogara
Refugee Settlement, Chipinge District. Project Description: Construction of 7 steel-framed
poultry structures, each measuring 60m × 10m, designed to house 6,000 broilers per unit.
 Works include reinforced foundations, steel framing, roofing, walling, and installation of
galvanized wire mesh as per detailed Terms of Reference.

Qualifications and Experience
Eligibility Criteria:
 Registered construction company with valid tax clearance.
 Proven experience in steel structures and poultry housing projects.
 Compliance with quality standards such as SAZS or ISO standards.
World Vision Zimbabwe will conduct a mandatory site visit on Thursday, 11 December
2025, at 11:00 AM. The purpose of the visit is to assess the ground conditions to ensure
accurate costing, particularly if excavation will be required for the construction of the fowl
run.
