Head of Valuations & Advisory Services

Job Description
We are a leading real estate services company seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and commercially
astute professional to join our team as the Head of Valuations & Advisory Services. The successful candidate will
provide strategic leadership to the Valuations & Advisory Services Department, oversee the delivery of high-
quality valuation and consultancy assignments, drive business growth, maintain professional standards, and
strengthen client relationships across the property sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Valuations & Advisory Services Department.
• Conduct and oversee all valuation portfolios.
• Prepare and review valuation reports for mortgage security, financial reporting, insurance, acquisition,
disposal, litigation, and other purposes.
• Provide property consultancy and advisory services to clients, including feasibility studies, market
research, investment analysis, portfolio reviews, and highest and best use studies.
• Ensure compliance with professional valuation standards, company policies, and regulatory
requirements.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, budgets, and business development plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, corporate clients, government agencies,
investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the valuation and advisory portfolio.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop valuation professionals within the department.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to clients and management.
• Prepare management reports and departmental performance reviews.


Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualification and registration with the relevant valuation and real estate professional body.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in property valuations and advisory services, with at least 2 years in a
senior role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex valuation assignments and advisory projects.
• Strong understanding of property markets, valuation methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
