Job Purpose

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking Cleaner cum Messenger to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our offices while providing messenger and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain offices, boardrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum and sanitise designated areas.
Empty and dispose of waste appropriately.
Ensure cleaning materials and toiletries are adequately stocked.
Deliver and collect company documents, parcels and correspondence.
Make authorised errands to clients, suppliers, banks, government offices and other institutions.
Safely handle and maintain confidentiality of company documents.
Assist with photocopying, filing, preparation of meeting rooms and other general office duties.
Report maintenance issues, damages, shortages and safety hazards to management.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
At least 5 O' Level subjects or equivalent.
Valid driver's licence is an advantage.
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, messenger or general office support is an added advantage.
35 years and above.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, punctual and presentable.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Good time management and attention to detail.
