Job Profile
The various duties are, among other things.
• Preparation of the monthly financial reporting pack
• Provide guidance and supervision to accounts clerk and data capture clerk and delegating as necessary in consultation with the Financial Accountant
• maintaining financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
• Maintain Accounts Receivable reconciliations and Accounts payable reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform petty cash reconciliations and request reimbursement
• Assisting with inventory stock taking and stock variance follow ups
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Financial Accountant and/or Management
Personal Profile
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or Part Professional qualification in Accounting i.e. ACCA, CIMA, CIS
• Minimum of 3 years’ working Experience in Financial Accounting, preferably retail environment
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Knowledge of dynamic 365 Business
• Familiar with accounting softwares
• A clean class 4 driver’s licence
