Duties and Responsibilities
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering financial transactions, maintaining accurate and complete financial records, and organizing filing systems for easy access.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing reports such as balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Bookkeeping and Software Use: Working with accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases to track financial data and assist with journal entries.
• Reconciliation Tasks: Assisting with accounts receivable and payable, bank statement reconciliation, and monitoring discrepancies in payments or credit card charges.
• Audit and Tax Support: Helping with audits, tax computations, and preparing tax returns under supervision
