Description
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounts Intern / Attaché to join our Finance & Accounts team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in accounting, financial administration, record keeping, and general finance operations while supporting the day-to-day activities of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with capturing and processing financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations under supervision.
Assist with preparation and filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
Support the Finance team with data entry and updating accounting records.
Assist with monthly financial reports and schedules.
Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents.
Assist with stock/inventory reconciliations where applicable.
Support the team during audits and other financial reviews.
Perform any other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
Currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Students requiring industrial attachment are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
