Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Process sales and issue receipts.
Respond to customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
Receive, arrange, and keep stock organized.
Maintain cleanliness and good presentation of the shop.
Carry out stock counts and report low stock levels.
Perform any other shop-related duties as assigned. CustomerServices


Qualifications and Experience
At least 5 O' Level passes, including English and Mathematics.
Certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field is an added advantage.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Computer literacy and point-of-sale (POS) experience are an added advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Clean Class 4 drivers license is an added advantage
