Stores Clerk (B5)
Location: Msasa Depot
Reporting to: Stores Controller

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares monthly stores reports in
Navision D365
• Maintains reorder levels and EOQ for all stocks and raise requests i for
restocking in Navision D365
• Prepares monthly stocking requirements for the organization
• Carries out monthly and quarterly stock count
• Carries out stock valuation and compiles stock list for disposal
• Issues stocks to user departments
• Receives stock items, processes invoices, prepares goods received notes (GRNs) in ERP system


Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management/ Stores Management/ Warehouse Management
An opportunity has arisen for a suitably
• Computer literate, SAP, Navision
qualified and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as a Stores
• Clean Class 4 driver's licence
Clerk. The job exists for the purpose of
• CIPS Diploma or any other equivalent
maintaining stocks in the plant stores and will be an added advantage making sure that all plant consumables
• Knowledge in any of the systems are available.
IS09001, ISO14001 and IS045001 is an added advantage

Experience
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar position
• Knowledge of stock management
• Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
