Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the positions of MARKETING ASSISTANT, HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER, FIELD OFFICER, PROCUMENT CLERK AND PROJECTS ENGINEER (One Year Contract) in Hotspeck Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd Manicaland, Zimbabwe.

Duties and Responsibilities
Compiles projects materials requirements in liaison with Technician and Linesman. Carries out Technical Planning and Design oversight.
Commissions completed projects and carries out materials audits and materials reconciliation at the end of each Contracting and Consulting.
Prepares project handover documentation. Reviews work progress and institutes necessary action to meet targets as per project budget, quality and schedule. Identifies on a continuous basis customers current and future needs for business development through observation and liaison with customers.
Creates and maintains customer’s database. Prepares inputs into the Departmental annual budgets. Supervise projects implementation.
Prepares project progress reports. Identifies and recommends staff development needs.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualification and Experience 5 ‘O’ Level ordinary passes including English, Maths and Science. HND Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Corporate Membership of relevant professional institution. 2 years’ Post Graduate experience for degree holders 4 years’ Post Graduate experience for HND holders Good communication skills.
Project management skills. Computer literacy.
