PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and hands-on individual to supervise our growing personalisation and branding department

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to completion — ensuring that every job is correctly recorded, properly planned, produced to specification, quality checked and completed on time. Full-timejobs

Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, record and coordinate production orders
• Plan and prioritise the daily production schedule
• Allocate and follow up on jobs within the department
• Ensure production matches approved customer artwork and specifications
• Carry out strict quality-control checks
• Monitor deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time
• Supervise and guide production staff
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation and customer service

Qualifications and Experience
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
• Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to supervise people and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Deadline-driven and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate and comfortable working with digital artwork/files
• Customer-focused with a strong appreciation of quality
• Proactive, accountable and able to take ownership of a job from start to finish Full-timejobs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and relevant experience in Supervision, Production/Operations, Print or Graphic Communications, Marketing would be advantageous.

ADDED ADVANTAGES
• Experience in printing, branding, signage or promotional products
• Knowledge of UV printing, sublimation, engraving, embossing and debossing
• Graphic design skills and knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator
• Understanding of branding, logo usage, colour consistency and artwork preparation
