We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team

Duties and Responsibilities
Source and procure quality vehicle spare parts, workshop materials, tools, equipment, and workshop consumables.
Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare procurement reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality standards are met.
Work closely with the workshop, stores, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.


Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in procurement, preferably within the automotive, panel beating, or motor industry.
Sound knowledge of automotive spare parts and supplier networks.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/procurement management systems.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
