* Coordinate activities of the Milling Center with clients supplying ore.
* Oversee mining activities of the Milling Center and its clients.
* Supervise ore haulage from mining sites to the Milling Center.
* Formulate budgets and manage financial planning.
* Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports.
* Train artisanal miners on responsible and sustainable mining methods.
* Provide technical support to clients in all mining activities.
* Maintain stock of mining consumables.
* Ensure compliance with mining and environmental regulations.


Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements

* At least 5 Ordinary Level passes including Maths and English.
* Diploma/Degree in Mining, Metallurgy, or related discipline.
* Strong supervisory and coordination skills.
* Experience in a mining or milling environment is an advantage.
