A leading microfinance institution has exciting opportunities for students on attachment to
join the Business Development Department based in Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the identification and screening of potential clients and business partners
within the branch's area of influence.
• Support the preparation of branch portfolio performance reports and loan book
analysis.
• Assist in monitoring loan repayments and following up on delinquent accounts under
supervisor guidance.
• Support the coordination of loans officers and agents in their day-to-day branch
activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Business Development Executive to
support branch operations.


Qualifications and Experience
Person Specification
• Must be studying towards a degree in any business-related field.
• Should be in their third or final year of study and require industrial attachment as part
of the academic programme.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
This is a fixed-term attachment opportunity.
