Equals Solutions is a FinTech company that provides digital consumer credit management solutions to institutions. The company offers a comprehensive set of automated, insight-driven services to help financial institutions achieve the digital transformation of the consumer credit management journey.

We are launching an intensive, structured 18-month Graduate Training Programme designed to give recent graduates hands-on workplace exposure. We are looking to recruit trainees for the following disciplines:

1. Software Development x 2
2. Quality Assurance x 2
3. Service Delivery Operations (Second Level Support) x 3

Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT (ALL POSITIONS)

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

Interested applicants should possess the following:

* First Class or Upper Second Class pass in the area of study or qualification.
* Able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Valid clean Class Four (4) driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
