Job Description
Trainee role ideal for student on attachment. Position will be responsible for providing key customer services support to CABS clients via the telephone, virtually and any other applicable mode of communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of call center supervisor perform the below listed:
• Provide first level support to customer queries and call resolution.
• Ensure customer relationship management and satisfaction.
• Reporting and record keeping as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Studying towards Business degree or relevant equivalent.
Passionate about customer service
Willing to train in Financial services sector.
