BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE TryOperations Software

Location: Zimbabwe – Remote
Salary: 6,500 ZiG + uncapped commission

Applicants are invited from confident, ambitious and highly sales-driven individuals to join Revio as a Business Development Executive.

Revio is a UK automotive business specialising in car finance, vehicle marketplace services and automotive advertising. The role is focused on contacting UK car dealerships, building rapport with decision-makers and developing new dealer partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to car dealerships across the UK.
• Speak with dealership owners, directors, sales managers and other decision-makers.
• Introduce Revio and clearly explain our dealer proposition.
• Build rapport quickly and hold natural, engaging conversations.
• Identify prospective partners and generate genuine interest in working with Revio.
• Handle questions and sales objections confidently.
• Follow up prospective dealerships by telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate notes, call records and follow-ups.
• Work towards agreed daily and weekly sales and performance targets.

Qualifications and Experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken English is essential.
• Clear, fluent British / UK-compatible accent and professional telephone manner.
• Strong understanding of British English and confidence speaking with UK business customers.
• Naturally conversational, outgoing and able to build rapport quickly.
• Highly sales-driven, competitive and target-focused.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Able to speak naturally rather than simply read from a script.
• Previous telesales, business development, call-centre or outbound sales experience is preferred.
• Automotive experience is an advantage, but not essential.
