Job Description
The incumbent will be reporting to the Database Systems Administrator and will be responsible for the following among other duties;

Test, maintain and administer applicable business systems.
Identify, troubleshoot and diagnose issues affecting business applications.
Track and documents problem resolution and communicates with end users.
Perform technical needs analysis and preparing system recommendations.
Test system software for upgrades or implementation.
Monitor systems, data security, providing quality assurance, adhering to operating standards and policies.
Work with vendors for product support and technical solutions to business applications.
Provide support to systems developers and programmers during in-house systems development.

Qualifications and Experience
Degree Computer Science, Business Studies & Computing Science, Business Studies and IT, Information Technology, or any relevant Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years’ experience in a support environment.
