BATCH PLANT OPERATOR
We are seeking an experienced Batch Plant Operator to manage the daily operations of our Batch Plant, covering safety, production, maintenance, inventory control, environmental compliance and staff supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Batch ready-mix concrete accurately to order specifications.
• Operate and maintain an automated concrete batching plant.
• Ensure correct quantity, grade and timely dispatch of orders.
• Order and track raw materials and stock levels.
• Monitor product quality and maintain accurate batching, delivery and quality-test records.
• Submit management reports within set timelines.
• Supervise Batch Plant staff.
Ensure operations are conducted in line with all safety protocols.


Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree or National Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering, or equivalent.
• Batch Plant Operator Certificate an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of concrete batching and automated production systems.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
