Shumba Mhazi Projects (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing road construction company in Zimbabwe, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

1. PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR) OFFICER / MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – 1 POST

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Company’s public image, strengthening its online presence, supporting marketing initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

* A Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
* At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
* Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
* Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the Zimbabwean construction/infrastructure market will be an added advantage.
* A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
