Darwin Properties is seeking an experienced and skilled Property Valuer to join our team to provide expert valuation services.

Key Responsibilities:
▪︎ Property Inspections: Conduct thorough on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and development properties.
▪︎ Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends, comparable sales, and rental yields to provide accurate and defensible valuation reports.
▪︎ Reporting: Prepare professional, comprehensive valuation documents for clients, financial institutions, and internal development projects.
▪︎ Compliance: Ensure all valuations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
▪︎ Advisory: Provide sound professional advice to clients regarding property values and investment potential.

Requirements:
▪︎ A relevant diploma/degree in Property Valuation orReal Estate, Property Studies, or a related field.
▪︎ Professional registration or membership with Valuers Council Zimbabwe.
▪︎ Proven experience in property valuation within the Zimbabwean market.
▪︎ Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
▪︎ Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
▪︎ A valid driver’s license an added advantage.
