SKY PLAZA HOLDINGS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a registered Zimbabwean company (incorporated 16/8/2024) behind SKY PLAZA, a large-scale commercial complex in Msasa, Harare. We’re building a modern, intelligent commercial landmark, and we need a dedicated engineer to manage our building systems.
Role Overview

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of the complex’s intelligent systems—from installation and maintenance to troubleshooting and optimization. Your work will ensure the building runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage Building Automation Systems (HVAC, lighting, elevators, water systems) and optimize energy use

• Maintain security, access control, and parking management systems

• Support network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, cabling, broadcast systems)

• Conduct regular inspections, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with contractors/suppliers

• Keep detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field

• Experience with intelligent building/weak current systems preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot common system and equipment faults independently

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-call when needed

• Basic English proficiency for technical work and coordination
