Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of BAZ websites and web applications.
* Support the development of mobile and desktop applications to improve organizational efficiency.
* Carry out regular updates, security patches, and content management on BAZ’s web platforms.
* Assist in the integration of digital systems to improve service delivery and communication.
* Provide technical support to staff on the use of web and app platforms.
* Conduct basic testing, debugging, and documentation of developed applications.
* Research and recommend innovative ICT solutions aligned with BAZ’s strategic objectives.
* Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* No prior experience required.
* A strong desire to learn and grow.
* Good written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
* A strong foundation in computer literacy and programming concepts is an added advantage.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
