Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding branch sales targets.
• Inspire and guide the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Train and develop sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment planning, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal stock levels and attractive product displays.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing retail floor, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
• Support and execute promotional activities initiated by the marketing department to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Conduct daily floor walks and checklists to identify and address operational issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.


Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
• Ability to analyse problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
