Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the counter sales team, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and sales transactions.
• Oversee daily cash-ups and ensure accurate processing of payments (cash, RTGS, cheque, and card transactions).
• Ensure proper filing of invoices and daily sales records.
• Maintain product knowledge and train counter sales staff on features, benefits, and warranties.
• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the counter sales area, including equipment maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to dress code, timekeeping, and professional conduct standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate stock pre-packing and product display to enhance sales performance.
• Support management with sales reports and recommendations for process improvements.


Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in progressive retail sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent product knowledge in the hardware industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
• Proficiency in handling sales systems and processing transactions accurately.
