We are looking for a Floor Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provide expert guidance to customers on building materials, plumbing, paint
products, electrical, including usage, compatibility, and installation techniques
 Demonstrate product functionality and advise on best-fit solutions based on
customer needs
 Explain technical specifications, advantages, and limitations of products clearly and
confidently
 Assist customers in locating, selecting, and transporting products to the till
 Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and accurately labelled with updated pricing
 Conduct daily spot checks and check stock definitions
 Support floor operations through active observation and prompt customer
engagement
 Uphold a service-oriented attitude that reflects the value we place on every
customer
 Perform any other related duties as reasonably required

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
 A minimum of 6 months of progressive experience
 O ‘level /A ‘level qualifications
 Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent in Sales /Marketing
