Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties:
???? Welcome customers and advise on fasteners, tools & technical specs
???? Process sales, quotations, and POS transactions
???? Maintain product knowledge across our fastener & stock range
???? Keep counter/showroom organized and assist with stock management
???? Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
✅ 5 ‘O’ Levels (English & Maths); Diploma in Sales/Marketing an advantage
✅ 2+ years counter sales experience in hardware, engineering, steel, or auto spares
✅ Knowledge of bolt grades, metric/imperial measurements & power tools
✅ Fluent in English & Ndebele (Shona a plus)
