We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Workshop / Site Manager & Merchandiser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day running of workshops and sites
• Manage and supervise technicians and workshop staff
• Allocate jobs and monitor work progress
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate site work and technician deployments
• Maintain proper workshop organisation and accountability
• Generate regular management and job-progress reports
• Report operational issues and ensure appropriate follow-up
Requirements
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prepare clear reports
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operations
• Technical/mechanical knowledge will be an advantage

Merchandiser (Drivers license required):
- Visit stores and re-arrange stock
- Check stock levels
- Report findings
- Boost sales
- Deliver Stock
- Stock Take
- Other Adhoc tasks
