Description
Picco Construction (Private) Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and highly motivated students seeking industrial attachment opportunities in the Quantity Surveying Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Support measurement and valuation of construction work.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documents.
• Participate in site visits and progress assessments.
• Help compile payment certificates and variation orders.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and documentation.
• Assist with material take-offs and cost control activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Quantity Surveying team.


Qualifications and Experience
• Currently studying towards a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Must be eligible for industrial attachment as part of the academic programme.
• Basic understanding of construction measurement and costing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• A willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
