This a boutique real estate and property investment advisory firm built on professionalism, trust and personalised service. As our property portfolio and client relationships continue to grow, we are looking for a capable, organised and commercially minded Real Estate Administrator to join our team.

The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with management, supporting property management, rental administration, financial recordkeeping, client communication and the day-to-day coordination of our real estate operations.

2. Accounting & Financial Administration
- Record rental collections, issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare landlord statements, commission schedules and payment reconciliations.
- Track outstanding balances, operating expenses and property-related expenditure.

- Manage correspondence, appointments, enquiries and administrative follow-ups.
- Assist with property listings, marketing administration and client database updates.
- Prepare professional letters, reports, agreements and other business documents.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, agents, contractors and service providers.
- Support management in improving workflows, reporting and operational efficiency.
4. Digital Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate information on property management software and digital platforms.
- Work confidently with spreadsheets, databases and cloud-based systems.
- Support the transition towards more automated, paperless property management.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve recordkeeping and reduce repetitive administrative work.
Qualifications & Experience

- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing and financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Takes ownership of their work without requiring constant supervision.
- Understands the importance of accuracy, deadlines and accountability.
- Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable solving everyday operational challenges.
- Has a genuine appreciation for client service and professional presentation.
- Embraces technology and is willing to learn new systems.
- Can grow with a boutique business where versatility and initiative are valued.
