R&D CHEMIST ATTACHEE
WORK-RELATED LEARNING – 12 MONTHS
An opportunity has arisen within the R&D Department for a 12-month Work-Related Learning (Industrial Attachment) placement. The successful undergraduate R&D Chemist Attachee will work under the supervision of the R&D Chief Chemist, gaining hands-on practical experience in Pharmaceutical Research & Development, Analytical Chemistry, formulation development, analytical testing, and laboratory operations.
Qualifications and Eligibility
• Currently pursuing a BSc/BTech Honours degree in Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, or an equivalent chemistry-related programme.
• Must be eligible for and require industrial attachment/work-related learning as part of the undergraduate degree programme.
• Applicants available for a 12-month attachment will be preferred.
• A strong academic record, particularly in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Instrumental Analysis, will be an added advantage.
• Previous industrial or pharmaceutical laboratory experience is not required, although relevant laboratory experience will be an advantage.
