The position will involve a combination of business development, property sales, rentals, property management, client acquisition, team leadership, compliance, and strategic growth.

Qualifications and Experience
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*

- Must be a Registered Estate Agent in Zimbabwe with valid registration and practising status with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ).
- Candidates who already hold a Principal Registered Estate Agent (PREA) qualification/certificate will also be considered.
- Experienced Registered Estate Agents who do not yet hold the PREA qualification are encouraged to apply, provided they possess the necessary experience, leadership potential, professional competence, and ability to grow into the principal role. HireLocal Realtors
