The Role
The successful candidate will perform non-explosive rock-breaking operations using expansive mortar and associated drilling equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in non-explosive rock-breaking operations.
- Experience in the mining, quarrying, and construction industries.
- Practical experience using non-explosive expansive mortar products.
- Experience operating hand-held rock drills and related equipment.
- Good understanding of drilling patterns and controlled rock fracturing.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out safe and efficient non-explosive rock-breaking operations.
Plan and execute drilling patterns.
Prepare and apply expansive mortar according to specifications.
Operate and maintain drilling equipment.
Complete operational records and comply with all safety requirements.
Represent the company professionally at client sites.
