Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Build and maintain prospect databases.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Monitor and improve lead conversion rates.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Brand Visibility

Increase brand awareness across all target markets.
Manage social media platforms and online presence.
Coordinate content creation including articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
Monitor brand perception and engagement.

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing initiatives.
Improve website traffic and search engine visibility.
Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations.
Manage online advertising activities where applicable.
Events & Partnerships
Organise and promote seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and networking events.
Build relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and strategic partners.
Coordinate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
Support product and service launches.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare market intelligence reports and recommendations.


Qualifications and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or without experience and qualification but with marketing knowledge.
Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
