???? The Role
We are looking for a driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to be the engine of our growth. Your primary job is to find people and businesses who need software solutions — and get them through the door. This is not a passive content role. You will be out there, identifying prospects, starting conversations, and building a pipeline from scratch.

This role is based in Harare or Bulawayo.

✅ What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients who could benefit from a custom software solution
- Generating leads through social media, networking, cold outreach, and any channel that works
- Having discovery conversations with prospects to understand their pain points
- Building and managing our brand presence from the ground up
- Creating content that positions us as the go-to team for software solutions
- Tracking leads and reporting on pipeline progress

???? Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who is hungry, self-driven, and does not wait to be told what to do
- A strong communicator — you can talk to a small business owner and a corporate executive with equal confidence
- Experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (we care more about results than years)
- Comfortable with social media and digital outreach tools
- A portfolio or examples of past campaigns or results you have driven (please include this in your application)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and productivity is a strong plus

???? Compensation
This role is offered on a base salary plus commission structure. Salary is negotiable based on experience. In your application, please state your expected monthly salary in USD.
