To be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and callers and organize appointments and various documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the medical centre and support delivery of quality patient care

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintaining an up to date Filing system.
• Record patients’ details, registration cards, payment and health records accurately.
• Provide assistance to patience, doctors and staff for smooth flow of work.
• Check patient’s movements in and out of the Medical centre.
• Maintain medical records database.
• Ensure the patient’s medical aid is active.
• Use of NH263 and TriMed


Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications And Experience
• An Administration or Secretarial qualification is preferred .
• At least 5 Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English.
• Prior knowledge of NH263 and Trimed
• At least 2yrs experience as a hospital receptionist
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
