Job Description
National Blood Service Zimbabwe is inviting applications from young, ambitious, and highly motivated graduates to join its twenty-four-month Graduate Trainee Learnership Programme as Graduate Trainee Blood Donor Coordinators. The programme is designed to develop future leaders through structured training and practical exposure within the organisation. Successful candidates must be willing to be deployed at any of the NBSZ branches located in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare, and Masvingo.
Applicants must have graduated within the last two years from a recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
Summary of Focus Areas
• Organising and coordinating blood drives and blood donation events.
• Developing and implementing blood donor recruitment strategies.
• Educating and informing the public about the importance of blood donation.
• Building relationships with community organizations, schools, and businesses to promote blood drives.


Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
1. Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences / Marketing/Communications.
2. At least five ordinary level passes including English language and any vernacular language.
3. At least two advanced level passes.
4. Clean Class 4 Driver's license.
