Our company is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Accounts Attachee to join our Finance Department. This attachment offers an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical, hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team and gain exposure to various accounting functions while developing valuable professional skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the processing of financial transactions and accounting records.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Assist in bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance.
Prepare and organize financial documents and filing systems.
Assist with inventory reconciliations and stock accounting.
Support month-end financial reporting processes.
Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies.
Perform general administrative duties within the Finance Department.
Undertake any other accounting-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience
Currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
The attachment must be a mandatory requirement of the academic programme.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision.
