Personal Administrative Assistant

Startup company in Harare CBD seeking to hire Personal Administrative Assistant. Candidate must have Laptop and Smart Phone (NON-NEGOTIABLE). The role is Temporary but can be Permanent based on candidates' performance. Starting salary is $200 but this will be reviewed after three months and will increase based on the candidate's performance, remuneration also includes a bonus based on targets reached. The role is based at our office in Harare CBD.

• Manage scheduling for company executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other logistics
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management,
• Perform relevant administrative and office support tasks
• Organize and manage documents
• monitor executives' emails and also draft emails and make phone calls on behalf of executives, handling small and medium-sized issues they can address without needing the attention of the executive team.
• Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
• Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Various ad hoc requests

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Background in marketing and agriculture (advantageous but not mandatory)
• 1-2years experience as a Personal Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software as well as advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
• A background in technology and social media (advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
